1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:

The product is returned in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and accessories, if any)

The item is not damaged or altered after delivery

A valid proof of purchase/order confirmation is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.
These may include items that have been opened, used, or fall under personal-care/hygiene categories.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our team.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where:

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request clear images or an unboxing video as proof.
